Booking Instructions
Please Read: If you are a parent booking a Course for a child, please enter the child's first and last name, not your own. Please use their full first name, rather than an abbreviation or pet name, as in "Michael", not "Mike". This will avoid account duplication.
If you are a CISC member or your children have been participants in the Youth Sailing Program, their name will probably be in the system already. Each participant must have membership for the current year.
A person registering children who are not yet members will attract a one-year membership fee in accordance with the following schedule:-
Age 6 -10 and Under - $72
Age 11-14 - $132
Age 15 and over - $ 204
Any such new Member will be entitled to all Membership privileges, not only for their first session, but also for any additional sessions or CISC courses attended within the current calendar year.
Club owned Optimist, Laser and Pico Boat Rental fees for a Course taught by the Club's coaches are $5 per Session (unless expressly included in the chosen Course' fee). The Club's Hartleys and C420s are also available for rental by suitably experienced members. The rental rates are published in the Club's Point of Sale device with some scheduled events enjoying discounted rates.
All prices are in CI$.
Some courses are subject to minimum participant requirements. In the event that such minimums are not achieved, and the participants elect to continue with the Course, then the Club reserves the right to surcharge participants to achieve its planned revenue.
The Club appreciates your support!

Credit and Refund Policy
In the case of a cancellation the Club will credit or refund payments as follows:-
In the case of a Tropical Storm or Hurricane Warning being in place, any sessions due to the Club being unable to proceed with a Class will be refunded. In no other case will a refund be offered due to weather conditions.
For Rotations, there will be no refund for any missed sessions unless it is the Club's fault that a session could not proceed and it could not be rescheduled. The Club may use its discretion to waive this condition in special circumstances, such as a registrant's extended illness or injury, causing multiple sessions to be missed.
For Adult lessons or individually booked sessions that can be rescheduled, there will be no refund but the session can be re-booked, provided the new date is within two months of the originally planned date.
Race or Regatta Fees are not refundable for reasons of non-attendance. They will be refunded if the event is cancelled before its commencement due to inadequate bookings. They will not be refunded if the event is postponed, reduced or cancelled because of weather conditions.
